Danny’s technicians reacted quickly to our boiler outage, in cold weather conditions. Fault correctly diagnosed to be a problem with the gas supply, and a faulty meter, this was solved by British Gas much later on the same day. Warm house now!

Really great service - timely updates on expected arrival time, very knowledgeable technician who was very generous with his time to show me how the system worked (we had just moved into the house), including showing me how to rectify a couple of issues with how the system had been set up previously. This was over and above doing the service itself! Couldn't fault it and thought it was great value for money.

We looked for installing a new heat pump to replace an old gas boiler, and called a few local suppliers, Julian Bland were the first to respond and really did well to explain the process and put us at our ease. From first call, through survey, installation and commissioning they were first class, the team were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The heat pump installation went really well and we are very happy - we highly recommend them.

I highly recommend JBL. Excellent service from the initial quote to the installation of the new boiler. Good communication throughout and the engineers were polite, friendly and left the area clean and tidy. Will definitely use them again next year when the boiler service is due.
Julian Bland Ltd is always my first choice, and once again they've delivered—this time installing a Daikin air conditioning unit in my bedroom. The unit itself is outstanding, and the service was equally impressive. The team was meticulous, respectful of my home, and completed the installation far quicker than anticipated. I genuinely can't recommend them enough!
JBL was actually recommended by another plumber for emergency repairs. I had an issue with my boiler not coming on (embarrassingly an isolated fuse switch had been turned off/hidden by a visitors baby bottle making machine).

A friendly engineer, Carl, turned up as notified – I told them about the "issue" but still had them carry out a long overdue service. Carl mentioned it wasn't the first time but even said for daft things like this, it wasn't uncommon for them to "repair" free of charge which I thought was a nice touch.

Absolute perfection! Boiler stopped working on Sunday evening, sent a message and had an engineer visiting on Monday morning, quoted that afternoon and fitted on Wednesday!
Seamless service, text messages giving live links to the van and engineer on its way, arrived at exactly the time they said.
Team were really friendly and engaging, clean and tidy installation.

From the on line booking system, through the boiler service, to the final payment of the bill everything was simple, efficient and effective. The engineer (Alex) arrived on time, was helpful, friendly and courteous especially when I needed to be on a conference call, he kept the noise down. Not only did Alex do an excellent job of the boiler service and system flush he also fixed a small leak in a radiator valve. In conclusion I could not be more happy with the efficiency and professionalism of JB and highly recommend them. Their service all you could hope for when needing a plumber

Alex the engineer was prompt, efficient and friendly. A thorough clean of the burner box, check of expansion vessel, new oil hose…..comprehensive - taking considerably longer than other service providers I have used.
I had a majot upgrade to my underfloor heating. It was completed in a professional and careful manner. Everything left clean and tidy. Heating much improved. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we have used JBL and Alex specifically as the Engineer. The booking is really easy online. Alex was lovely and respectful of our home, he arrived on time and I was on a work call when he arrived and he was as quiet as he could be. Alex remembered the issue we had with our boiler from his first visit the year before and asked if we had any further problems, which we didn't. Great engineer and a great company

Old boiler replaced as quickly as was possible given the time of year and very cold weather. Excellent service throughout with good communication and very professional installation and commissioning staff. Very pleased with the job and the effectiveness of the new Worcester Bosch boiler. All matched up to my underfloor heating and I have a much improved situation. In addition a new room thermostat was fitted in my lounge which improved the temperature I could achieve in there, now very warm.

Have used JB ltd for boiler services but they came to our rescue to fix our leaking ensuite toilet, wasn't the easiest of jobs with it being boxed in but the guys sorted it. Workers are always really friendly and explain what they're doing. Prices are competitive. Highly recommend!

Julian Bland Ltd had good social media reviews (I'm new to the area) so I booked a visit to diagnose a problem with my Worcester boiler. The appointment was made via their website and the engineer arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem. A return visit with the correct parts resolved the problem and at a realistic cost. It's reassuring to deal with people that are couteous, respect your property and know what they're doing! 18 months later I booked a routine service for the boiler and enjoyed the same excellent experience. After several positive experiences, I have no hesitation in recommending this business.

Absolutely delighted with the service received from Julian Bland Limited. The communication has been excellent with emails and texts and I can confirm that the engineer tracker was spot on! The engineers were also excellent at communicating, talking me through what they were doing and showing me the worn parts that they were replacing which builds trust. Daz is clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable guy and I felt 100% confident that I was receiving the right service to repair the immediate issue and the right advice about future maintenance. Both Daz and his partner behaved in a respectful manner at all times when in my house and left it clean and tidy. The invoice when received was entity reasonable.
