Absolutely delighted with the service received from Julian Bland Limited. The communication has been excellent with emails and texts and I can confirm that the engineer tracker was spot on! The engineers were also excellent at communicating, talking me through what they were doing and showing me the worn parts that they were replacing which builds trust. Daz is clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable guy and I felt 100% confident that I was receiving the right service to repair the immediate issue and the right advice about future maintenance. Both Daz and his partner behaved in a respectful manner at all times when in my house and left it clean and tidy. The invoice when received was entity reasonable. We had a replacement boiler fitted 2022, despite a few problems with our walls and a couple of other problems all was completed without drama. Since then this year we had Julian Bland Ltd back for boiler service and just recently the replacement of a faulty radiator valve, which was picked up when the boiler was fitted, mentioned again at the service.  At every stage on all occasions contact was kept, we knew who was coming and when, we had proper estimates fully itemised for each visit.
